Bike chain unexpectedly broke on my home from from work. Jamie and Luke were very helpful, helped me to change on a new bike link, and they did this very quickly and efficiently. Great customer service throughout and very friendly people
It was an awesome experience. The exceptional customer service and willingness to help from Mark is remarkable. Took his time to explain benefits of becoming a motor club premium member. And he was absolutely careful in handling my car. It’s a 10/10 for me.
Updated from 2 to 3 stars.nnI bought a Thule bike carrier, wasn’t cheap, the box was damaged but was reassured nothing to worry about. Alas, got home to find the box had already been opened and there was no keys. I’ll update if they resolve the issue but so far not impressed.nnThe online chat wasn’t able to help. They then passed me to their ‘dedicated’ team who were also unable to help. I ended up driving back to the store who didn’t quibble and exchanged for a new one that was boxed. Things go wrong sometimes and good companies resolve the problem as the Halfords staff in Corby have done for me. I’d be cautious about using them again because their central customer services just aren’t helpful.
