I can't recommend them enough! I first came to Yvette when I was heavily pregnant and having problems with my hips. I had seen two other physios first who hadn't been able to help much but from the first session with Yvette she made such a difference. Ever since I have returned whenever I have had back or shoulder problems and the mixture of hands on techniques and exercises you can do at home is great. Lovely studio, professional advice and I always recommended Yvette to friends and family.
I was really pleased with my treatment from Gill at Proactive. The clinic sessions and exercises she gave me sorted out my injury much quicker than I'd expected, and she was extremely professional and thorough. Nice smart clinic too. All round highly recommended.
I have been treated by Yvette for a while now, initially for various issues and now for ongoing maintenance. She is compassionate, caring, encouraging and excellent at her job, to the extent that I have recommended her to various family members who have also benefited from her knowledge and expertise.
This is such a great Physio practice - so friendly, flexible and really helpful. Yvette‘s treatment has made a huge difference in managing my back. Would 100% recommend Proactive Physiotherapy.

Excellent care and attention, really listen to you and work with you to heal. Everything is explained really well. Highly recommend, particularly if you need someone who understands backs and hyper mobility.
Gill sorted out a niggle in my knee. I sustained this skiing a year ago and a different physio failed to sort it. Recommended.
