I thoroughly recommend Physio Fitness. John is professional, very thorough with the examination and has continuity in the follow up session. John's calm and composed attitude is reassuring that one is going to be fine. I could feel the difference in my backache after the very first session. John was very prompt with an emergency appointment. The consulting place is really neat with parking facilities. Thank you John.

John is very helpful, has time to listen to my needs and carefully tailor the exercise that REALLY works. New facility and very personalized service. My knee is a lot better thanks to John. Highly recommended.

I have been treated by John for several years and he is extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. His new consulting rooms are lovely to visit, easy to find and good parking. It was really easy to book on his new online system via his website it allowed me to book my appointment and see his availability from home in my own time.
