I have been seeing Andy for the past few years with various issues. Every appointment he does a thorough consultation, examines your whole body and works his magic. He always explains what he is doing & why and shows simple exercises/stretches to do at home. Andy always ensures you are comfortable and can handle what he is doing. Clinic is very clean and welcoming. He is very knowledgeable, passionate & clearly cares about helping the patient while you are there and being pain free between appointments. He truly is the best Osteopath around!
I have used Andy's services before in 2016 when I had 2 slipped disc's, then after 2 appoinments he got me walking again & pain free. This was on the recomendation of someone I knew. Now find myself with a lump in my back on my left side which I am told by NHS consultants is a insicional hernia even though I have never had an opp on that side. I was in so much pain I turned to Andy once again after just 1 appointment I was pain free & able to walk up straiter again.It still needs a bit of work doing on it, I have an appointment tommorow and I have no hesitation In recommending in Andy for any back pain.
Andy is a brilliant, patient and knowledgeable osteopath who has relieved me of my back pain on three separate occasions over the years. I thoroughly recommend him!

I’d been in agony for over a week and hardly able to walk because of back pain before seeking Andy’s help. After the session I was so much freer in my movement, relatively pain free, but able to return to normal life. I got video links showing me how to avoid it happening again. Can’t recommend him enough!
Can’t recommend Rachel and Andy Breakspear enough. They both have a depth of experience and formidable qualifications. Which enables them to tailor their Pilates classes to ensure the maximum benefit for everyone taking part. Osteopath Andy specialises in serious back problems, you feel very safe. Classes are always fun and friendly. I enjoyed face-to-face classes but their online classes are amazing - a real positive boost in lockdown.
Such lovely, friendly, helpful people who make you feel relaxed and in good hands right from the outset. I have had osteopathy with Andy and do pilates with both Rachel and Andy and they are both excellent. Always feel better - both mentally and physically, after spending time with them. I cannot recommend them enough.
I have completed four sessions with Andy for upper back and neck stain and I cannot recommend Andy enough. I was in such a lot of pain and discomfort which has been completely eased, headaches have gone too. Andy is professional, so welcoming and friendly. There is no doubt he will go above and beyond to help his clients, providing techniques to help with pain that you can try at home as well. I have dubbed him, ‘Magic Hands Andy’!

Rachel & Andy make a fabulous team. They are incredibly accommodating and will always try to find an appointment. Andy is very knowledgeable and calm in his approach. I hurt my back and could barely walk and Andy sorted me out in no time and taught me preventative exercises. I highly recommend their professional and approachable service. Completely Covid secure too.
