Azzurro Training

I went to Azurro for a sports massage as i had intolerable ongoing problems with my neck and back, which were really affecting my wellbeing. I met Matthew who resolved the issues very professionally and compassionately. The atmosphere was very welcoming. I will definitely be returning and would thoroughly recommend him and the practice to you.

As a regular weekly runner, I have put up with painful knees after each run for some time, Matt carried out a full assessment and was able to identify that my running style was inefficient and partly caused by a muscle imbalance. I am now following a programme of exercise and developing a more efficient running style. I'm feeling an improvement after only a short time, and now able to more enjoy my running. I will certainly be returning to see Matt again. Mark

I went to Azzurro Training with a torn meniscus in my knee and damaged rotator cuffs to both shoulders and 'found the advice and treatment to be precise, professional and really beneficial in quickly sending me along the road to recovery. Azzurro are my 'go-to' physios now.

I have been suffering from back pain in the lumbar region for about 5 years now, and after countless chiropractor appointments with no real improvement, decided to try something different. After one session with Matt Anstey, he relieved the immediate pain and gave me excercises that have ensured it hasnt returned. Would highly recommend Matt Anstey and Azzuro to anyone who has any physiological issues.
