I don't have trust issues but when I had to leave to spend a year abroad and decided to rent out my flat, I wanted things to be perfectly legal and safe for me and the tenants as well. They were smart people who knew where I was coming from and also agreed to a tenancy report. I booked these clerks after reading their positive feedback. The man who came for the inspection assured me he was a licensed inventory clerk and drew up a very meticulous report that further confirmed it. He obviously had an eye and experience as he did in a very short amount of time. The tenants and I were happy with the detailed report and I had my peace of mind as the report was my legal guarantee.
They did a nice job and showed professionalism. When I needed a check-in report the last time, contacted the clerks. They were polite and very knowledgeable, made me a good impression and I will use their services again - there is no doubt.
Last month I needed an inventory report for my flat. After some research, I came upon this company and hired them. The feedback was good and I wanted to try them too. They did a good job at my place and I don't think anything was missed. The report was full and served me good purpose.
In overall I can say that I cant complain from the service, but it could've been better. I booked a detailed report for my whole apartment, problem was that they had added one room extra. But we managed to fix the problem and as a compensations, next report was with a discount.
The guys did an amazing job over at my place. The check-out report was complete and both the landlord and me were satisfied - the whole place was covered and nothing was missed. I would recommend the service to anyone in need of an inventory report.
In overall a good job there by the clerks of this company. I've had the need of a fast check-in report for my rented apartment. Called these guys, they came and did the report amazingly fast and accurate, didnt manage to miss a thing and all that on a reasonable price.

Quite the team they've got at Inventory clerks London. I'd honestly say that they are doing an amazing job once hired. At first it may seem a bit expensive, but its definitely worth the money when you know that you will have the job taken care of by professionals.
