Overpriced, low quality but fast! We got a level 3 building survey from Dunsin Surveyors. We went with them because they were the company with earliest availability - this was a mistake. Key faults with the house were missed cracks down the side of the house and underpinning that were picked up by the bank's valuation. Since then we have found another house and got another survey done by a different company and there is a world of difference between the two; Dunsin's survey having noticeably less detail whilst being more expensive. Don't make the same mistake as us - get a survey done right even if it takes a week or two longer.
i needed evaluation report for target, i was impressed how quick it was done. Literally in 2 days. Unfortunately, due to delays i needed extension of it and team acted asap for me to provide it. I am really grateful. Price is ok as well, especially comparing to other surveyors.
I cannot thank Dunsin Surveyors enough. The firm was professional from the beginning to the end, and the communication was superb throughout. Having approached Dunsin with tight timescales, they worked the clock to not only meet my requirements, but actually beat the timescales. All done in a very unassuming manner. I highly recommend using them for property valuations
We needed a full structural survey completed for our house purchase. Dunsin were extremely quick at providing us with a quote and detailed information on what to expect during and after the survey. They liaised with our Estate Agents and we were booked in within 48 hours of asking for a quote. I found calling them made no difference to the level of support provided, they were extremely helpful in explaining and answering my queries regarding the survey. Although the survey was returned at the upper end of the 305 working days, when it did arrive we were very impressed with the thorough and detailed report. Each item was explained so that we could understand what we needed to do/how much it was going to cost us. Would recommend their service to anyone wishing a quick and thorough survey - even during the pandemic.
Fast, efficient, competitively-priced and hassle free - what more could you want? Acquiring a valuation is not something that you really want to spend a long time worrying about, so it was of great relief when Dunsin replied to my initial enquiry email within the hour, providing a very competitive quote and offering me a booking three days later. The other surveyors I asked for a quote were either more expensive or offering me a date well into the future. Following a valuation visit from a very pleasant valuator I received the thorough report four working days later. 5 star service! Would highly recommend.
Fantastic service, we needed to book a survey for Help to Buy and Dunsin were extremely professional and friendly. We got booked in quickly and received our survey just as quickly. When it came to one day before completion we were told that we urgently needed a desktop extenstion on their survey, usually this takes up to 5 working days however Dunsin understood our urgency and managed to make it happen within 1.5 hours. We are so grateful to them, if I could give them 6 stars I would.
Provided a timely survey when many other were too busy at a reasonable cost. The actual report was far more detailed than I expected and was very useful.
After finding out that I urgently needed a Help to Buy valuation, I found that Dunsin not only were one of the few surveyor's to offer this service, but they were also the cheapest. They came out next day on a Saturday morning and sent my report on the Monday. I am so grateful for their quick turnaround and efficient service, would definitely recommend,
Needing a prompt and relatively simple valuation, I found Dunsin Surveyors. It was a speedy process to engage them and the surveyor who came over was both friendly and efficient. I particularly appreciated that they did not pressure me to contract them for more than was necessary, and delivered their services quickly and with minimum fuss. The valuation itself was comprehensive enough without extraneous content which would only have served to inflate the price. I would definitely use them again.
There were so many issues with them in different aspects: 1. very poor and relatively rude communication 2. Could not fulfil the original appointment and only offer one potential day for the replacement, otherwise I had to wait two weeks!! 3. Didnot asked about the details of property at all, had to contact them myself and chase them to make sure that have the data plot, lease duration and ... 4. and finally the evaluation, it was a lazy assessment. Going for the transactions that was easier to find rather than those that were more relevant.
