Quick, professional, and helpful work done by the team. We were assisted by Joshua and Diana who arranged the viewing in virtually no time, as well as helped us with the contract and other information. Great communication and, all in all, a tremendous job by the team.
* DO NOT RENT FROM AKELIUS* Zero respect for tenants. They just want you to pay the rent, and if something broke you want wait for months. Nobody respond to calls or emails, they never put their name on so you never know who you are talking with. When you ask to escalate a complain the manager is never available I doubt they have one. Very rude company.
Very good, nice and trustworthy company. Their mode of communication is very effective and understandable. They are customer - friendly. Their services are top-notch at its best.
If i could give this letting agency 0 stars i deffinitely would!!!! I have been living here since november 2021 and akelius is a big shame all they care about is increasing their rent prices every year but do not care if something breaks down in the apartment you have to call them for the whole day and force them to come down and fix something they then wont come on the day instead they’ll come down on another day and not even do/ complete their job in a professional way, nothing is ever fixed or done properly their repairs team is absolutely ridiculous. They then email me and ask for £855 acting like i owe them debt for my rent when my rent is all up to date due to the finance team not even being able to calculate how much i pay per month or every six months. You then call the office to make them aware that they’re making mistakes with the rent and the lady who picks up the office phone has an attitude telling me that the finance team will know what i owe them better than my self and that she is saying i owe £855 that i do owe it this company is actually HILARIOUS. Why on earth will i pay you £855 out of no where, especially when i have all the proof that i dont owe you guys anything. Looking at your reviews now i know you’re money driven as a company.
You give 5 stars to them if you don't know them. Parcel to our flat are constantly stolen, and they refuse to access the CCTV to investigate despite a police report. Akeius help criminals to do whatever they want. Akeius managment is terrible and they are so unprofessional and unhelpful! Be aware that if you rent from them there is no managment ans zero help if you need any assistance !
Awarded as one of the worst agencies in London, this is the most unprofessional and shocking agency ever encountered, a fact also confirmed by thousands of negative reviews. Their only concern seems to be collecting rent; they attempt to avoid and ignore everything else. There was a fire in the building, and the fire alarm was not working, yet there was not even an apology letter or any compensation offered. Parcels are stolen in the building, or when something bad happens, they refuse to cooperate with the police and ignore your complaints. They installed CCTV, but it isn’t even operational! All their emails are NEVER signed, allowing anyone from the receptionist to the cleaner to respond however they wish, leading to inconsistent and uninformed responses. These individuals do not respect basic laws. Despite numerous complaints, they always find excuses not to provide the manager's name. The only way to push a response is to stop paying rent; only then will they contact you. I recommend to all who face the same difficulties to immediately report them to the property ombudsman.
Having multiple problems with Akelius. Unresolved maintenance, poor flat conditions, and big failings in their communication skills. I have been reporting problems with cold and damp, it took them over a year to send someone to competently check the problems and confirm that the problems do exist. Having to chase them constantly for updates and not getting anywhere. The only thing they have consistently managed to contact me about is increasing the rent every year. I have been trying to dispute the last rent increase due unresolved poor conditions, and I am currently being ignored by their customer relations department. They acknowledged receipt of the complaint and never responded. I have chased and also asked the service team & and other contacts to help or pass on a contact I can discuss this with, they are all ignoring the question.

Additionally, his help in finding my new flat was invaluable. Throughout the viewing process and subsequent communication, both Naim and Ilirjana consistently provided top-notch service. Their responsiveness and commitment to ensuring a smooth experience were truly appreciated. Compared to high street letting agents, Akelius stands out for their tenant-centric approach. Unlike traditional agents who often prioritize landlords' interests, Akelius ensures a fair and supportive environment for tenants. This, coupled with Naim and Ilirjana's unwavering assistance, made my decision to rent with Akelius an easy one. I highly recommend working with Naim and Ilirjana to find the best flat in the best location at the best price. Their expertise and dedication are unmatched, and I am confident they will provide the same exceptional service to anyone seeking accommodation with Akelius. Just phoned up and the most unprofessional unhelpful lady picked up telling me the agent will be calling me back soon.. the thing is I’ve been waiting for 3weeks gambled everything on this property and I’m moving out in the end of week with no where to go now! Very unprofessional avoid this agency at all cost. Currently the agent is not picking up my calls or replying in 3weeks on purpose.
