Owner, manger or front of house lady was awful towards on young waitress staff member, her attitude was appalling. Felt really sorry for the young blonde girl, still very nice and pleasant considering being spoken to like a piece of muck!nnAlso a man had been eating prawn crackers at the bar while waiting for take out, when he left the same unpleasant lady picked the plate up and put them on a table wishing the young couple a “Happy New Year”nnFood was ok, starters are the best, food time was good. Larger was flat!
Busy place on a Monday, but they do have highly specials on. Food and service were amazing, and will definitely be back again.
First time coming here it was a birthday treat from my brother and we certainly weren't disappointed. Food was fresh and hot, staff were lovely and attentive. A different style of all you can eat but we both said it was great as more relaxed then having to keep getting up and down for food. Can't wait for our next visit.
The manager here is the reason I’d never step foot in this place again. Rude, arrogant, and completely lacking any sense of customer service. She didn’t smile once, spoke to us like we were children, and acted as if we were an inconvenience just for being there.nnThe only saving grace was the waiters, genuinely polite, hardworking, and respectful. They’re doing their best despite having to work under such poor management .nnFood was forgettable, but the manager’s attitude made the whole experience downright unpleasant. If you value basic respect, avoid this place.
Great value and brilliant table service from the staff, very attentive and friendly. Kids were made to feel specially welcome. Parking is not great with time limits on some areas. Would have been five star if the welcome would have been a warmer one, and not “your late” from the lady upon arrival. Good is good though and we will return.
