Great value and brilliant table service from the staff, very attentive and friendly. Kids were made to feel specially welcome. Parking is not great with time limits on some areas. Would have been five star if the welcome would have been a warmer one, and not “your late” from the lady upon arrival. Good is good though and we will return.
We eat here a lot being local and have never ever had a bad meal. The food is always spot on, fresh hot and tasty and we absolutely love everything about princess gardens. I don't usually take the Time to review as live a very busy life however wanted to shout out to one particular waiter we had last night apologies we don't know his name who was absolutely excellent especially with our 7 month old daughter who as you can appreciate is a little impatient in restaurants. We had a good chat about his 6 year old daughter and shared experiences especially as we are relatively new parents. He made the effort to play games and interact with our baby who absolutely loves attention. He really made our experienced relaxed and was very attentive so thank you
The staff were great, super fast and efficient and polite.nWas quite expensive for what we were after but we still enjoyed it a lot.nSoup was delicious, starters were filling but nice. The mains were lovely too.nFar too much food but good quality. Would rather pay a little less and get less food but that's just our opinion.nWe even got to see Declan Donnelly collect his take away.
The service we received was abrupt and rude from the more senior staff, and we felt like an inconvenience at times even though this was meant to be my birthday celebration. I hope you will review your customer service going forward!!!nnFood was excellent.
We’ve been meaning to come here as it gets recommended on the Newcastle Foodie page on Facebook quite a lot. We were intrigued by the concept of the ‘All You Can Eat’ and we both had an amazing time.nWe both said we would absolutely go back as every dish was delicious. The staff were all also very friendly.
