It's Primark price as great as we all know. Ards store clean tidy and easy to find what you need. Staff friendly.
The item I was looking for wasn't in stock. The store is big enough with a variety of clothes. The only negative would be that the clothes always look like they are never tidy.
Pretty well laid out store and has pretty much every bit of clothing you could need. Got jeans and they are very comfortable and seem good quality. Prices are great
Love Primark, especially the new sizing changes and the store designs. And seasonal clothing and decor are awesome. Plus my local store Newtownards NI has an awesome social media team really they should get a major pay rise lol, so I always see the new product lines as soon as they're available!
Nice shop,the staff work really fast.there was a long queue when we got there but it disappeared within a couple of minutes.The men's shoe section could do with a bit more variety though as there literally one rack and not much to choose from.The rest of the sections were well stocked.

Went there with the missus hoping to get her a new outfit for Christmas, only to find that they seem to only cater for smaller women in clothes and not much in stock, otherwise nice and helpful staff.
Good to have a smaller primark in Newtownards, saves having to travel into Belfast
This was my first time visiting the primark at Ards shopping centre and definitely will be the last It's a great size but everything is everywhere and no kind of system in place. I don't know why stock wasn't being put back in its proper place as there was staff in every area but didn't seem to be tidying their designated areas after themselves and I watched just to check i wasn't mistaken. I think this is why everything is so upside down and hard to find nightmare.
Great place to shop for the young girls and woman, lack of choice for men, poor selection of men's coats
