Staff are usually quite helpful. It does seem to take a very long time for them to get your purchases down to the floor even when it's quiet in store. When it's busy it can take a good half hour to get what you're supposed to get. And there's nothing really fast about the fast track service either. On a good note it does usually have a good range of products actually in store.
