Don’t often give bad reviews. Shocking experience. Ordered fridge end of November, was told 10 days max. Still didn’t have it for Christmas. Was told in new year, the fridge I ordered was discontinued and I should have been informed weeks ago. They offered me a replacement and told me it was identical price which I found hard to believe considering it was a lesser specification. I checked internet and their replacement was 50 pounds cheaper. Its shocking I had no fridge over Christmas. Also, it’s very difficult to get them on phone, they also promise to ring you back and they don’t. Don’t even bother with their email!! Why does google insist on 1 star minimum before I can post a review?
Appalling service. I ordered online. Weeks later I have no delivery and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or answer emails. I've started proceedings with my bank to claim the money back through my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Very helpful and quick to deliver, will try them first next time as prices were very good.
It's alright, better selection if you're prepared to travel.
