Amazing customer service! My order got re-routed here by accident from the UK mainland. The manager Nick was extremely helpful and competent at getting the problem resolved. I cannot stress enough how nice it was to have a point of contact who actually knew what was going on, and was able to help quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend this place! The TV AG8 OLED is an incredible piece of tech as well.

I enjoyed visiting here. There is a good range of audio visual items. These range in price up to quite expensive - but for the more expensive items, they are high end. I bought a soundbar and there were several to choose from. Of these I was able to get a demonstration in-store. There is also a selection of multimedia cables to purchase from.
Visited twice within 15 minutes. Trying to buy headphones but salesman more interested in chatting to presumably a friend than attending to a customer. Amazon it is!
Just bought Sony WH-CH700N headphones from manager Nic. Very interested and great product knowledge. Headphones sound great, really easy set up and very comfortable. Great value and just what I wanted.
