Very busy, it’s massive and a lot of people go there. It’s fine but be ready to be surrounded by the entrance!nnAlso it’s nice and clean inside and there’s a cafe that has a changing theme. You should check it out!
Cannot believe how rigid they are on exchanges. My daughter bought a lot of clothes 2 months ago but found that 2 pairs of shorts were too big. Went back last month but they hadn't got the size that she wanted. I went today and they had. Went to the till to be told very abruptly that they would not exchange them as we had passed the 28days. I then asked to speak to a Manager who also reiterated this. What on earth is the matter with them. I wasn't asking for a refund but to simply exchange 2 for 2 of exactly the same at the same price just a size smaller. As I explained to the Manager it's a 30 mile round trip for us. Talk about jobs worth! Last time I will be shopping there.

I went to return clothing to be greeted by yulinda I think was her name awful customer service couldn’t even crack a smile very abrupt and rude, no conversation at all stood in silence. Don’t work in a customer based job if u are not welcoming or friendly, looked like she hated her job and being there. Other servers were very friendly as I saw there excellent customer service skills.
Great store!nThis store is always kept clean and tidy, overall well laid out and easy to get around,nSmaller than some stores, but big enough to have something for everyone.nAlways friendly staff, also on hand in the fitting rooms to try clothes on.nQueues are always large, but effectively managed so reduce in no time.nThere's a specific accessible till for any disabled customers.
