Just been to this store at Redditch with my husband to get some good quality shoes. Excellent service from Les who could not have been more helpful. He knows everything there is to know about the shoes that he sells and how to lace them properly!. First class products and first class service. We will definately go back there. Thank you Les.
This is a small but mighty store with loads of choice. I wanted some new work shoes and a lovely lady helped me find the ones - some red Skechers. I was served by a lovely lady. She tried so hard, had patience, was polite, cheery, easy to talk to and she went above and beyond for me and my friend. Thank you humphries and the helpful blonde lady.
Went into the Redditch store this morning for my son’s first shoes… brilliant experience! Staff were friendly, patient and very helpful and they were very knowledgeable about the types of shoes. There was lots of choice and they even took a photo of this lovely first! I would definitely recommend Humphries Shoes for a great experience

Called in just now, we're on a coach trip & my feet were freezing as I'd only brought flip flops. We were assisted by the most helpful blonde lady, she instantly went to find me some lovely sketchers in my size, she laced them & removed the tags as we only had minutes to get back to our coach. Amazing service & a great range to choose from. Would strongly recommend this shop to all!
I ordered shoes from Humphries Shoes as they were cheaper than going to Clarks direct. They arrived quicker than expected via tracked Royal Mail and were well packed. Very happy with purchase.
Two members of staff attended to my daughter during a shoe fitting and after a day of wearing the Clarks boots I purchased from them they were too small and narrow for her and caused blisters and open sores on her feet she had socks on. If I lived near Redditch I would've gone back but it was a one-off trip there with a friend so was unable to return. My daughter was upset and had sore feet for a while, and it was a complete waste of £36. Wouldn't return as I don't trust their judgement.
Appalling customer care. Bought a pair of Reiker shoes, not cheap, was told by the sales assistant to wear them around the house and see how you like them, i did this, but they tore my feet to shreds. I returned them the next day and was told that I could not return them as they had been worn. Please beware. Make sure you really want the product before you buy. As customer care is very poor. They actually say on the website “ with service like it used to be” Don’t make me laugh.
