My mom had a voucher to spend that was a birthday gift. She wanted to get a bangle with a single ball closure. However she was talked out of this by a sales assistant, saying that the two ball one was much better. She lost a ball, because of the rubbish design. I went into pandora and was told it was actually cheaper to buy a new bangle!? How is that fair? I have since contacted pandora head office who said that because it is lost they wnt do anything. So I ask, is it not lost due to a poor manufacturing and bad design? Should pandora not take ownership and keep loyal customers happy? Bad customer service from this store and head office.

Whats the point listing a phone number when no one picks it up. 4 calls no response, guess ill have to go in then on the off chance you have something in stock.
