I bought several things on 1st October and the student discount should be apply . The girl at the till asked me for my photo . I showed everything but unfortunately she forgot to apply the 20% discount . My mother went back the next day to exchange one of the items and mentioned about it. The answer was . "Sorry about that is nothing we can do because the discount finished yesterday". No consideration at all for the client even when it was an employee mistake . Very disappointed 20% in 100 bill . My recommendation is make sure your discount is applied before leave the shop or loose your discount because the employees don't care .
