Service normally good however, fell a little short this visit. However, Offered us a free dessert after waiting for one meal for 15 minutes without asking. Great food as always :-)

Firstly: it's a Prezzo. The menu here is precisely the same as what you'll find at the Prezzo in Chelmsford or Glasgow or wherever. If there were a Prezzo on the moon, it would still serve the same menu. That being said, the food here was well presented, served promptly and by friendly, warm staff. Even though we arrived during an unexpected mid-week rush, the waiters still did all they could to make sure we were seated quickly and set us all up while they dealt with dozens of other customers. Full credit to them for making us feel so welcome.

Love this child friendly restaurant and wonderful early dinner place, everything is clean and food is always tasty and freshly cooked

Good food. Very slowly. Servers try hard but clearly understaffed. Went with kids. Not good to keep them waiting an hour for food
