Ideally you need a car to fully utilise this service. For many years it was known as Woolworths car park and more recently it is referred to as the library car park. I know many people with cars that use this service and say they often return to use the service. I have marked it as five stars as I’m generous.
Difficult to manoeuvre into bays not helped by a delivery lorry parked near the entrance/exit.nApp payment effective today, but can take time to connect.
Parking fine received despite paying & having proof of parking - angry as spoilt what should have been a lovely day celebrating birthday - now emails etc & more to sort when I have more than enough on my plate looking after my 84 year old mum with Alzheimer’s - thanks parking company, let’s hope you sort this soon to save me further stress
Beware! Only up to 4 hours parking. Misleading advice on the app suggesting that extra time can be bought! Not true for this car park. May be accurate for other Ringo car parks. It's in the middle if the town so very convenient for shopping.nWe had to leave Woodbridge earlier than hoped for. Got too late to start looking for another car park as it was late in the afternoon. We'll be more careful next time!
