Arrived to a pretty empty restaurant, seated ourselves. Menu's arrived, miserable staff, run by what seemed to be teenagers. Ordered drinks and watched other people being served and seated while our drinks were sat on the bar. 10 minutes passed so decided to leave. Extremely poor service. Upon leaving my partner let a staff member know why we was leaving and all she said was 'we are extremely sorry'. No attempt to offer a solution or improve the service. Never again.

The main course I had was spaghetti, and it was okay, but not any better than anyone could make. My wife's pizza seemed better. The desserts were really good, the coffee was not that great. The main reason not to give it three stars and think 'Meh, average', was that the service was really slow. I had some club card vouchers so did not pay full price, but it would have been overpriced if not.

This place will not be here long! Having not booked a table, we chanced and asked if we could have a table for two, no immediate rush - happy to wait at the bar for as long as it takes. Half of the tables were empty (Saturday night, first payday weekend of the year), the horizontal (lazy) 'matradee' advised that there are no available tables. I asked what is going on with all these empty ones here and there and pointed to half of the restaurant, "they have all booked, and will arrive in the next few minutes", I said you're going to have a hell of a rush on then if 40+ tables are due to arrive in the next few minutes! Walked to F&B's a few doors down which had a handful of free tables and they accomodated us there and then, despite being rammed. Low and behold, walk by Prezzo an hour later just out of curiosity and it was even quieter than it was when we asked for a table. Obviously they lied to us, but why?! Jokers, what is the point of being in business? As I said, this place will not last long.

Pretty poor service. We arrived at 4.30pm and took a few minutes to be seated in a almost empty restaurant. They forgot to give the kids food order to the chef so their food was very late. Not ideally with three young (and hungry) children. Pizzas and garlic bread were burnt, so they turned them upside down on the plate hoping we wouldn't notice. If anyone at prezzo reads this would be nice to have received some kind of "good will" gesture for the poor experience.

1st visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Quick service by friendly staff and delicious food.
