The atmosphere is comfortable,relaxing and stylish. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. The flavours were very delicate. But the portions were small for me. As soon as I was loving it. It was over. Interestingly at the end of the night before going to bed I was still satisfied. So it looks like the portions were just right. The dessert was the largest and very tasty.  The price was ok.  Thanks for an interesting evening.

Disgraceful service, had no alternative than to walk out after only a drink I travelled from Bolton on Saturday 12/11/17 at 5 pm to celebrate my wife's birthday and booked a table at the Olive tree Preston. We were seated facing the Kitchen hatch, I could not believe to amount of dirty plates and cutlery piled up on the counter facing me. Both myself and wife order the maze just for the waiter to return stating they had no moussaka despite it being a Greek dish in a Greek restaurant we re ordered and politely requested that we be re seated to a table where we would be more comfortable and not having to look at a waiter emptying plates and attempting to place more on a already full counter. Once we moved table we were then approached by the waiter stating we could only keep our table for one hour due to the fact we had been put on a table for four. This statement comes after being in the restaurant for 45 minutes and only just being able to re order our meals due to no moussaka. I promptly asked to pay for the drinks and left at this point. I CAIN'T BELIEVE THEY ACTUALLY CHARGE ME AFTER SUCH A FIASCO. The positive side is that we then found Coffee bar culture and had such a fantastic meal. thank you to the staff at the Coffee bar culture for helping to make my wife's Birthday. don't waist your time or money at the olive tree

The food here is great and I've always enjoyed it... I actually come here very often. The problem however is service. They are way to slow. Often takes 20 minutes just to grab a bill here... if you want dessert, prepare to wait. If you want starters, again prepare to wait a decent amount of time. If you want a quick bite, dont come here. If you have time, then it's great... the food is very good. Ps. They forgot my partners food, twice.

food was nice but not Greek the kleftiko bore no resemblance to the real thing .I lived in Greece for 10 years so I know.

Thanks so much to the team for giving me hot food on my way to Cumbria. They went the extra mile to meet my dietary needs in double quick time. First hot food of the day.
