Took incredibly long to get our food and our drinks too, had to ask three times to remind them about it and we were the biggest party in the place! So I'm unsure of how they managed to forget. Also found a green piece of plastic packaging in my meal and they would only apologise about it until I asked if they were taking it off of the bill which eventually they did. The food was good but the service and staff need a serious shake up from my experience

An easy quick dinner for two if about Beccles, quite relaxed, simple Italian food like all other Prezzos. Not a great selection of Veggie food but it does the job. Would recommend for an evening out but wouldn't say its a place to stun your partner. Head to Norwich for more selection if you want something more extravagant

Pretty good, staff were a little cold but they did there job so no real complaints. Food was nice, standard prezzo. Restaurant was clean and tidy, not very busy so only two main staff members, one in till the other a waitress.

The food was nice when it arrived. Best thing I can say about the experience. The restaurant was freezing cold (all tables were Sat in coats and scarves) and when we mentioned this we were given a very rude "Yeah, the air conditioning is on" response. Table service was poor, but that might have something to do with the fact that only one person appeared to be doing any work. Music selection was bizarre as well. Sounded like we were in a bar getting ready for a proper night out. Apart from when "The Wheels on the Bus" started playing briefly. Not exactly relaxed dining ambience. Really disappointing experience from a restaurant chain I typically really enjoy. Won't be back.

Service was good, food what you would expect , but the price of drinks outrageous £4.60 for small bottle of beer
