The service here was good, but I felt uncomfortable as the only customer in the shop, although I know they were busy with telephone orders and deliveries, as well as walk-ins. The food hygiene certificate is 5/5 and the store is spotless.nThe food was definitely worth the wait; my drive home is 15 minutes away. As an ex-'Just Eat' customer, we've had quite a few deliveries from here before, and the quality of the food remains excellent value for money and tasty! When I got home, I found I only had 1 of the 2 portions of chips/fries I'd ordered, but with the size of the kebabs, hubby and I were happy to share.nSadly, due to the economic climate, they're not currently providing printed menus because food prices are changing so often. I've taken pictures of the instore menu board - prices are correct as of 12/5/23. I'll definitely continue to be repeat customer because the food is so good.
What can I say about this place? Firstly don't be put off by the bad reviews that's not saying that those reviews aren't true of their experiences they must have caught them on a bad day. The service was spot on and the guy serving couldn't have been friendlier. The food was excellent definitely in the top 5 kebabs I've had in the whole country and I have a kebab wherever I go. I've only scored 3 stars for atmosphere cos.... its a kebab shop lol.nnThankyou guys top holiday kebab!
Food was stone cold when it FINALLY turned up! had a message to say it was on its way to wait over an hour for it to turn up called up 3 times to chase it up, lady on the phone was very helpful no faulting her thank you. spoke to owner who said delivery driver tried to call us for half an hour had no missed calls or any incoming calls so we knew that wasn’t true! Won’t be returning which is a real shame as we used to love the food.

Amazing kebab with incredible options. The portion sizes are outstanding and the staff are polite and friendly. Any issues are quickly rectified, I refuse to go anywhere else.
