First time using this takeaway and the last, chicken special kebab, the pitta was hard, the chicken was dry, tasteless and burnt, the onions, green peppers and what few mushrooms was there was DEEP FRIED, absolutely disgusting, the mixed doner was okay but was loaded with to much chilli sauce so couldn't eat that either. The pitta bread was also hard and totally inedible.The only thing that was okay was the chips, £30 in the bin. Don't waste your money buying from here absolutely awful food
Used quite a few times and each time we’ve given them a chance to improve. Nope! Over 2 hours to deliver and cold every time. I wouldn’t bother and are only 15 mins from the shop. Asked for a refund and told no! No way of getting a refund either. There not interested just want your money serving up substandard food !!!
The service here was good, but I felt uncomfortable as the only customer in the shop, although I know they were busy with telephone orders and deliveries, as well as walk-ins. The food hygiene certificate is 5/5 and the store is spotless.nThe food was definitely worth the wait; my drive home is 15 minutes away. As an ex-'Just Eat' customer, we've had quite a few deliveries from here before, and the quality of the food remains excellent value for money and tasty! When I got home, I found I only had 1 of the 2 portions of chips/fries I'd ordered, but with the size of the kebabs, hubby and I were happy to share.nSadly, due to the economic climate, they're not currently providing printed menus because food prices are changing so often. I've taken pictures of the instore menu board - prices are correct as of 12/5/23. I'll definitely continue to be repeat customer because the food is so good.
Delivery took 2 hours and the food was room temperature. Items missing and told they would just give us extra next time? Poor quality and service.
Service is excellent , the best food I’ve ever hadnWould recommend to everyone it’s brilliant! I love it will all my soul I need it daily! I love it!
