We ordered two roast beef meals, a chef's curry and a cheese and onion sandwich, salad and crisps. The roasts arrived quickly and were nice and hot, but it was obviously microwaved, the meat was chewy and the vegetables were very hard... The sandwich was dry and the salad consisted of a few bits of lettuce, two small tomatoes and a slice of cucumber. The waitress service was good.

Had the most amazing home made Steak Mince and onion pie, pastry was awesome in itself, with big steak chips and peas with lots of thick gravy , mash is an option. Three ales and lots of posh lager's... Must thank Nell for a very pleasant evening.

Good service polite helpful staff food came quite quickly and hot and taste was good, portion generous will visit again when on holiday again

Very friendly local pub. Welcomes children and dogs.the only pub in Beccles to do so
