Not bad for a chain restaurant. Music a bit loud, but other than than the décor is good for a family restaurant. Menu is Mediterranean and the Sea Bass I had was pretty good. Kids menu good value although quite limited in choice. Will probably be going back, but only for family meals with the kids.

Saturday 20 Jan. I don't know why they were pushing diners to sit at the window overlooking the pavement. One of the waiters wanted to clear up when my partner was clearly still enjoying her lunch. Strange decor. Popular place, though. Enjoyed the cuisine.

I enjoyed an excellent risotto. Good customer service with attentive staff. However, desserts were a disappointment particularly, the chocolate elements were far to bitter for something specified to be 'milk'. On the whole a pleasant experience.

I am a long time fan of prezzo, and while it's not outstanding, the food and service is normally consistently good, however every time I ask for a dish without mushrooms, they forget. Important to specify if you have any allergies and check before you eat.

Service very poor wrong drinks missing items food came at different times. Staff didn't appear to care and pricey. Won't be returning.
