Worst Nando’s I have ever tried. Normally I do order from Sutton , this is my 3 time from Epsom. Both previous times large sides have come not even half , literally 1 spoon of rise or coleslaw. Today the same but to top it up the chicken came burnt to the bone . Lifted it and the bone broke that’s how burnt it was. Nando’s manager was trying to get the blame on Deliveroo because they have delivered it. I’m sure if you were in the restaurant they would have not dared to serve you that food but they can when is a take away. The most unprofessional and careless customer service I have ever experienced. That Manager should find a better job before he hangs up on peoples phone too.
Staff were really friendly, food came in a reasonable time and tasted good. They forgot one item at first, the gravy, but realised straight away and had it on our table a minute later. Easy to order from app so you don't need to go up to order
A pretty good Nando’s, always manage to get seated and very rarely is it super busy. I have never had any issues with the food. The new Macaroni cheese is amazing, just a little small.
Food seems to have gotten smaller and more expensive. Still very tasty tho. Service was super quick and friendly. The limited edition sauce is amazing and highly recommended. Good for a quick and tasty meal while out shopping.
Want to make sure that Romeo gets the recognition he deserves! Visited Nando’s Epsom today and after a long wait for a table, Romeo made sure to lift our spirits with his excellent customer service and making suggestions based on what we wanted and checking that we were happy when our order arrived! There’s nothing better than being able to have a fun moment with the staff when ordering your food! Thank you so much!
