Unashamedly poor service, didn't care that delivery would take in excess of two hours to fulfil. Only started cooking the food when I called up. Offered no refund. Tip to the staff. Put your customers on hold, don't keep the line active because your customers can hear your boss's terrible attitude over the phone whilst you explain to them how terrible their chicken shop delivery is. Lacking in banter. Lacking in chicken. Better come up with a new business plan chaps.

I’ve enjoyed the food here many times, however tonight may have been my last. 1 hour 30 mins after ordering we called to see where our order was. “About to be cooked” and not a care about our delay. It’s nearly 9pm on a Friday, so very unacceptable.

Usually like the food here, but this time it didn't taste as good. Flavouring was a bit floury. Portion sizes seem smaller especially the tabbouleh. Still would go again just in case it was an off-day.

I ordered food on the 20/11/17 for delivery for a family meal costing about £30. They said it’ll take 1 hour for delivery which is about acceptable. 2 hours later I call the shop and ask where is my food? It’s 10pm now which is late! They said it’s on the way so I waited. (This shop is 5 mins from my house). 20 mins later I call and ask again, they said he should be there soon. 5 mins later the driver knocked on my door, I said I’m not paying because it’s now 10:30 and I ordered food for my family for 8:30! They did not care at all! They just laughed and walked away with the food. Never get delivery from these guys! They don’t care at all! Always order from just eat from now so that these guys pay a commission. Worst customer service will never ever be ordering from here. A bunch of pathological liars! I use this place as a reference for hell. All I wanted was some food for my family and this is the type of service we get! Nasty business to deal with, horrible staff, rude, self absorbed, disgusting behaviour. I am not being mean, but I’m recognising their faults. Avoid ordering directly! If your that desperate to eat their horrible food, just use the Just Eat app as it’s safer. Plus these people can pay tax on it!
