Prezzo

My missus and I went to the restaurant on our anniversary and absolutely loved it, really good quality food, great service. We've recently completed a project together so decided to order from Prezzo to celebrate. Now, we usually subside on microwave meals which we have to cook in the oven despite the cooking instructions warning against it because we can't afford a microwave. You understand that having a Prezzo on the sofa together was a bit of an event for us. The food we received was cold, limp and lifeless. The fries were still cold and hard in the middle, the pizza soft, doughy and uncooked, a far cry from the quality we received last time. I understand that some aspects of cooking can be lost in translation during delivery but here it seems that something was lost between getting the ingredients out of the fridge and into the box - the oven perhaps? I contacted the restaurant to see if we could arrange an exchange, the uncooked food we received for a replacement so as to make it clear that we weren't just trying to get free food. I was told that it was the delivery driver's fault, that he'd turned up forty minutes late to pick up our food and deliver, and that I would have to contact the driver directly or ask deliveroo for a partial refund. So I'm supposed to fix their mistakes for them, am I? Not unless they put me on the payroll, that's for damn sure. I'm so disappointed at the customer service here. It really wouldn't have been a stretch for them to have a replacement driven out to us in exchange for what we were first delivered, something which even my local kebab shop are more than happy to do if they so much as forget a mayo dip. Absolutely rediculous, and worst of all for them at least they've lost a customer, as I no longer have any confidence in their ability to provide a decent service past the welcome mat, which unfortunately in this circumstance, was my partner's bank account. Extra star given as the food was good at the restaurant.

Ate on a Sunday night. Quiet, but still a good atmosphere. Food very good and reasonably priced for the area. Service was slightly inattentive at times, partly because we were on the first floor. Better than your average Italian chain.

On a bank holiday weekend, Saturday night, they had run out of all specials, a lot of other options besides including prosecco and various wines. The service was slow and they kept forgetting things we had ordered. When my pizza finally arrived it was cold and had clearly been sitting out for a while. I will not be going back anytime soon as this isn't the first time service here has been poor.

Visiting a Prezzo always raised your expectations from the brand regardless of the fact where it is located. And that's what I love about them. This branch is no different. Located in nice cosy area, easy to find parking, courteous team and most importantly The Prezzo flavour. Highly recommended. Although, the shop is not very spacious but rest assured that you won't regret The Prezzo visit. Makes me sound like their brand ambassador -lol.

Went there for a dinner with gf. Waiting time none. Very clean and elegant. Service very kind and helpful. Food- delicious so was presentation. Good selection of wines and other drinks. Very good coffee. We will definately be back there.

Just awful. Ruined my day trip. Took 1 hr 20 mins for mymy main you arrive so had two hungary and tired children. Husband returned to work on an empty stomach as they didn't cook his lunch on time! No apology. Staff dpeak poor English and have poor understanding

Prezzo doesn't accommodate very well for large parties. Was pre booked yet was still squashed up on 3 tables when 4 was needed. The service was terrible especially with the language barrier. Overall worst experience for a 21st birthday celebration.

Came here for a meal before the theater, we were running very late we explained this t and the staff were kind enough to have our food out within 15 minutes of ordering. Great service great staff

Great food and polite service. Can't fault the food but we had reserved a table and arrived to find a 10 minute wait after our table had been booked for.

Typical multiple operators food which was lacking the love and flavour of a good restaurant. Toilet door which was in the restaurant was filfthy which spoke volumes.Staff friendly and efficient though.
