The setting of the cafe is very comfortable and welcoming. The staff are polite. Drinks are lovely but same off the sweeter snacks are a bit dry.
Expensive, slow and grubby I took my little boy here at lunch time. There’s lots of food options too choose from but I wouldn’t say the taste or quality reflects the price. I ask for a tomato spaghetti for my son and this was still not ready by the time I paid, the cashier had to retrieve it from the microwave. It had been heated within an inch of its’ life! Dangerously hot for a child. Only when she gave it to me and I commented did they change it to a new plate and then put the cheese on top that I’d originally asked for. The lady serving was a blonde lady, the only helpful/friendly member of staff there, she was the only one doing the till and getting drinks so we all had to queue and watch our heated food get cold in front of our very eyes...I had to take mine back due to this and wait again while they chucked this new one in the microwave... There was no cutlery so I had to get up again the ask for this and when they got it, it was dirty. This was an over all feel, when you look at the tables they just look grubby. Not cleaned properly at all. The staff were young and untrained and due to this didn’t care about the experience I got when I chose them for a nice relaxing break!? Don’t go here. Please choose one of the other food outlets that decide to make an effort and clean their cutlery. Not happy.
My experiences at the restaurant have always been good and I do not have any negative aspect to say about them. The treatment has always been fair, polite and friendly. And the quality of the food is quite good.
Expensive, staff are normally rude, cold disgusting food, ridiculous waste of space. I'm not sure how they have lasted as long as they have with the awful service they provide. Would Not recommend to anyone.
Disgusted with the miserable staff, cold food and outright vile atmosphere! Had a member of staff shouting in my face because I asked him to move along one space so I could sit with my 2 year old daughter!
I ordered a coffe that the just use some they have mocha without any chocolate just sprinkled little cacao on top tastes like water and smell like burned coffe but on top of that the Polish manager was so rude and look at you with a disgusting face, anyway i said oh how is the day going and the answr was you need to pay no even with a PET level english anyway i went to pour some sugar a grab a tea spoon that i had to throw it back to the box again as it have stains and dirt that is part of it now so i trt to search for something clean even a knife to mix yhe sugar with the coffee all green and dirty, food looks like is been exposed for weeks with dry and crunchy pasta as it got dry dont came here if you dont want to get food poisoning.
Reheated pasta, incredibly slow service and expensive
Good restaurant if you want a quick lunch. Food was good, as was the service.
Best place to have delicious healthy food with freindley staff and great service.
The english breakfast is OK, but the coffee is terrible. Repeat: Awful coffee
