I booked a table to come here for lunch with my friend. When we arrived they had no recollection of our booking so sat us on a cramped table. We then asked a question about a drink but didn’t order it, 5 minutes later the drinks that we didn’t order arrived and we were forced to pay for them even though we didn’t want them. The latte my friend was given was freezing cold and half full. The only thing I can say that was good about my experience was the food however the service was awful and I definitely would not recommend!

Terrible rude, dismissive & bad mannered service from all staff except a lovely Romanian lady called Stephana who was a real asset & shone in contrast to the other "misery guts". Coming a few minutes early to our booked table we were ignored then dismissed very rudely when questioned by staff, not offered to get a drink at the bar and treated like "a pain in the butt" so maybe the staff are overworked and under paid to be so wooden to pit it politely. HOWEVER the food was very tasty and the setting very cosy if a bit noisy. So three stars for food only, shame they let that down with badly trained staff.

Utterly mediocre chain food (one star), wonderful premises (five stars), minimal service (two stars, but then you know how these chains operate, not a criticism of the staff who served me) would be wonderful if this sort of place could have some proper chefs in the kitchen but I know the economics is against that happening
