I have fitted 4 Falken tyres just over 1 year a go ..it was mistake by them outer side of the tyre fitted in side and they have change over. after one year when I go to MOT for National tyres my MOT failed because of small lump on same tyre ..just the very tiny lump even I never noticed .. Tyre still I have with me no damages in or outer wall.. I do not recommended FALKEN tyres otherwise it may faulty tyre or by mistake they have damage the tyre when they changeover not sure about FALKEN tyre warranty and there Guarantee
Just left a hotel in Eaglesham this morning Saturday and the low tyre warning light came on. Checked the tyres visually and with a pressure gauge and the rear near side seemed low as I had a 200 mile drive to get home thought I’d better get it checked. Looked on Google and the nearest place was Prestige Tyres, about 5 miles away. Went down, didn’t have an appointment but they were very helpful and took my car into the bay after about 10 minutes. My wife and dog waited inside their office whilst they checked the pressures in all the tyres and visually inspected them, removing the rear near side wheel as that had the lowest pressure. Checked for any punctures and air leaks, there weren’t any. Didn’t charge as they said they didn’t actually do anything, I said there was their time but was told air was free, left them a payment anyway.
Quick and reliable service changed 2 tyres and repair. My wheels are powder coated and no damage was done will use this garage again in future
Phoned prestige due to issues with my breaks and reception pretty much diagnosed the issue over the phone. Very quick and efficient service and fully transparent with prices and other issues they found. My car felt proper safe driving away. Lovely staff thank you.

Great service experience this afternoon following my daughter’s car having a puncture -quick efficient service and friendly staff Kyle got it repaired and back up and running in no time , thanks .
Awful service, booked to get tyres front replaced and was given a slot of 16:30 to 17:30. The confirmation stated to please arrive between the times stated, so I arrived at 16:55 to be told they are closed. I challenge this and informed them that their own website as well as Google etc all state the closing time is 17:30. They then claimed they didn't have my booking, then mysteriously found it and the tyres and took the key off me with the words "give me your key", no further dialogue or even a please or thank you. Once I got the car back, the grease was all over the tyres and the alloys with no attempt made to clean this up and they also didn't reset the TPS light which is standard practice, so within 100 yards of leaving I get a warning on the dash. They used to be good here, but I'm not sure what has changed, they have certainly gone downhill. The only reason they got above 1 star is they managed to get the correct tyres on the right car, which is a bonus considering how unprofessional they seemed.
Booked appointment online, arrived on time and was told there were some unexpected issues and could take up to an hour. Actually took 2hrs and the waiting area is very uncomfortable with a lack of any facilities. When I expressed my displeasure there was not one apologetic word uttered, just excuses, all of which would’ve been known prior to telling me it would take one hour. Having been a customer for over 10 years I was disappointed and will now take my business elsewhere. Change in ownership has seen a slip in standards here. Top class, speedy service from Prestige Tyres and very happy to recommend. Popped in on 27th February at 11:00am for a quote for two new front tyres for my Peugeot 2008. Quote, with options, given within a minute and car up on ramp within 5 minutes. Confirmed I needed tyres and fitted within 30 minutes and rebalancing done within another 10 minutes. 45 minutes after arriving at Prestige Tyres, the work was done! Efficient and friendly service.
Well what can I say about protyre in busby . I was needing tyres for my Ford ranger and being an odd size I spent weeks looking for the best deal I could get on the internet. Eventually I found the size I need and just by luck I could have them fitted in Glasgow. Contacted company told them size make all that stuff they said they could have them in for Monday.I was like great Monday morning first thing send one of my employees over boom and he would be back in a hour or 2 max. As being in the motor trade for 30+ years I don’t mind giving someone else a bit of work. So after about 2 hours I get a phone call saying they can’t balance my wheels cause the centre caps won’t come off. so I told my employee just get them to fit tyres I’ll get them balanced Hour later he drives in the workshop hands me the invoice and thought that’s it he’s back sound Then we noticed they had charged me for balancing and disposal of old tyres First thing I stated to the guy on the phone when I ordered the tyres that I was taking the old ones to donate to my sons nursery So back onto the phone to find out why I was charged while this was going on my older son removed all centre caps from the alloys without any problems So told my employee to head back over instead of a refund just get them to balance the 4 wheels now that the centre caps were removed from them Wish I never done that now as it took them another 3 hours to balance the wheels I thought that was it but no there’s more My wife drives the pick up everyday so I’m never in it And I had to use it for the first time to recover a van with the trailer as soon as I was over 40 mph to 60mph the pick up shuddered like mad It was that bad it was not nice to drive But had to use it so carried on My wife said it had been like that from when new tyres got fitted So today I had the pick up in workShop to strip all wheels off to get them balanced at the local kwik fit As they had the right machine to do this So first thing we noticed when removing from wheels that spigot rings were missing And when I went to remove the rear wheels my off side rear wheel had a wheel nut missing Contacted protyre and explain about what I found up with my pick up To be told there was no spigot rings in the place and the rear wheel bolt was stripped that’s why it was never fitted back on I asked why I was never told this or my employee And if it had been stripped they should have noted it on the invoice to keep them right and to notify myself and i know there was spigot rings there as the brakes were only done before Christmas So after a trip down to kwik fit 30 mins later all 4 wheels balanced right Fitted new wheels stud and nut New spigot rings My pick up drives the way it’s meant to My points on this Time taken to fit 4 tyres is a bit over kill nearly a full shift My employee said there was 4 workers using one buzz gun no wonder they took there time Buy the equipment to do the job and if u can’t balance the wheels right don’t do it If you damage or if it was damaged when removed notify customer to keep yourself right as wheel nuts is a safety item And one more thing my employee would like to add if can you top the coffee up in the waiting room as you had ran out probably with all the customers waiting about I know I’ve went in a bit but it has to be done
