I usually use another local taxi company, however on this occasion they were going to be 25 minutes as they were busy, so I thought I would try premier taxis. What usually cost me £10.00 from work to my home ended up costing me £17.00 that's a 70% increase for the same journey. I would definitely not be using them in the future.

Brilliant service from the minibus that took us yesterday and returned us early this morning. Although we were late for the pick up the minibus waited. Thank you for waiting. Apologies from our party. Highly recommend great service thank you.

10/10 for Unreliability. Once a regular user of Premier, will never use them again. Ordered a taxi with regular pick up at 6.15 weekdays, and only lasted 2 days (Monday & Tuesday). They didn't have any bookings written in for Wednesday it the rest of the week, leaving me to arrange other travel arrangements at very short notice. What goes on in the office is beyond me.

Had a member of their staff call my phone and make rude and sarcastic comments because of confusion over which taxi was ours.

Unhelpful, rude and never called back when they say they would to arrange taxis a week in advance. I began to think it was a big ask but spoke to two neighbouring taxi firms and it was quoted and dealt within minutes!
