We booked a taxi to take us home from a meal out a few days before. We waited at the designated meeting point for over an hour with no taxi arriving. We phoned the office several times and all they could say was that it was busy and they weren't sure when the taxi driver would arrive! I don't understand how you can take bookings but not honour them. We ended up on the bus which was far more reliable! I wouldn't use again.

Used for two journeys, very pleasant customer service experience when I phoned to book.  I didn't need to use an expensive company for what I needed, but I found them very good on both journeys.  The cars were very clean & comfy, drivers were very steady at the wheel, friendly without being nosy, and altogether everything ran very smoothly - I would certainly use JJ Taxis again if the need arises. The taxi driver was great. Was waiting for us on time. I can't remember his name, but he was very friendly and his Dr was very safe.

I was pleased with the service by the  booking clerk and that I had a confirmation of my booking. I was advised when the driver had arrived. The driver was someone I knew and he is always polite, helpful and got us to our destination without any problems. I will be happy to use their service again.

So disappointed. Called said they would be here at a specific time showed up 10 minutes late, missed my train. You may think why I didn’t call for it to get here earlier usually I do that and they say they will get around here around this time however in this case they said they would get here exact. Do not recommend at all.

Driver was over ten minutes late, was very rude and instantly said “I hope you have cash” because he doesn’t like to take card payments. The only reason I accepted is because I was already going to be late to work, thanks to him.

First class service. One feels totally safe and relaxed with the drivers. Reasonable rates compared to other firms operating in Folkestone and Cheriton.

Arek was my taxi driver to Gatwick and back to home. He was extremely professional in his manner, the car was beautifully presented and he tracked my flight to ensure he was on time to pick me up from Gatwick after a busy day. I definitely would recommend Arek! Thank you

One day I have approached more than three taxis in the morning to go for work. But their taxis were not available. JJ taxis  was there for me in such an emergency situation. Excellent service
