I took Folkestone taxi pet service from Calais to Folkestone and was delighted with the service. I highly recommended this company to anyone travelling with pets across the eurotunnel. My driver Steve was a great guy + also the reception was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. :)

Booked to collect myself and my Cat from Calais to return to England via Eurotunnel, was booked smoothly with exact price quoted and all information given eg Driver's name and Reg number, pick up and drop off time etc. On the day Mr Bolton, my driver was on time, friendly and informative, and supported me when we went through Calais Pet Control. Wonderful efficient service all round and would definitely recommend for the France-England crossover. :)

Driver was lovely, didn't talk too much like some other drivers but kept a conversation going. Would recommend.

Usually they are very fast, friendly and reliable but today the lady on the phone was unbelievably rude and to make it worse the taxi didn't come, called again some mins later and turns out the lady didn't even bother to book it for me. Late to work and terrible service
