She arrived on time, removed her boots w/o us requesting we don’t wear shoes in the house, was courteous effective & quick in set up of equipment. Left instructions & phone numbers, no concerns on our part whatsoever. Laurie did a great job & showed empathy for the patient & offered encouragement too.
Tom from Premier was awesome. He was very thorough and explained all aspects of the Leg Machine. He answered my Wife’s and my questions in detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better representative to show me all the features. Thank You
So glad I was able to get the CPM KNEE BENDING MACHINE after my replacement surgery. It has made a world of difference in my recovery. Tom from Premier Medical Products was very knowledgeable and kind when he brought the machine to my house before the surgery. Highly recommend this for anyone getting ready for this surgery to make sure their doctor approves it!
Premier was wonderful. They helped me last minute when I needed a CPM machine for hip surgery. They made sure I had it before surgery. Greig was amazing he came in the evening when I was done with work to setup the machine. He took the time to explain everything to me and my sister so we knew what to do after surgery. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them.
Greg was very professional and did an excellent job in explaining the use of the cpm machine in detail. We were very impressed.
Tom has a way of making “the machine “ an easy transition. He came with tips and encouragement.
Greg called and said he might be a little late. As it turns out he arrived early. He delivered the product and did a great job doing so. All in all it was a pleasant experience

If I could rate this company more than 5 stars I would. First they are family owned and operated and I love supporting family businesses. They were a random find in my google search for CPM Machines for my aunt and I couldn’t be happier. They were super friendly, thorough in explaining how their rental process works, cost to rent and Greig went above and beyond to make sure the set up was smooth and we my aunt and I understood how to use the CPM machine. Highly recommend! Thank you for the great service!
