I used kinetic sports therapy when I had a knee problem. They managed to pinpoint the injury very quickly and soon started physio on it. Their sports therapists are very experienced, professional & knew exactly how to manage my knee problem. I felt at ease throughout and they explained every process to me. I would 100% recommend Kinetics to all. Thank you

Would definitely recommend! They have excellent facilities and cater to every skill set. They worked progressively with me to make sure the exercises were helping my rehabilitation as well as pushing me to get back to full fitness.

Went from running 40-80 miles a week to literally 0 miles a week. Saw various different private and NHS physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors but only when I saw Sunny at kinetic was proper progress made and now am back running and playing football after 10 years. Highly recommend kinetic.

I'm currently completing ACL surgery rehab with the team and they have really pushed me to recover correctly and efficiently. They have also provided me with sports massages, strength and conditioning as well as sports therapy pre and post op and during the season before my injury. Highly recommended, wouldn't go anywhere else for support in maintaining optimum condition
