The staff was helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. The only thing that I have to say that I wasn't fond of was the fact that the showers were not big enough, and there was no telephone in the room. Other than that, it was very nice.

Came late after a long drive in Europe and the Calais to Dover ferry. Picked the hotel because of price. Very happy. Room was big and quiet, but most important was a very friendly receptionist who did her very best to make sure we where happy and had a good nights sleep.

My son had a booking for him and a friend to visit London for the first time as he has just got his first car but unfortunately he was involved in a car crash and the car had to be recovered so unable to reach London for his visit and he lived 4 hours away, rang the hotel who could not themselves refund the price of the hotel stay as my son bought a saver tickets, fair enough but helpful in giving me a phone number for customer service. Rang them and the lady we spoke to was extremely helpful and caring and arranged my son a full credit. Really happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to stay with Premier Inn for all my trips now as excellent service received. My son is waiting for his car to be fixed them booking his stay at Sittingbourne again. Many thanks for great service.

Great location. Helpful staff. Room clean and well presented. Comfy bed. Great facilities with bar/restaurant opposite.

Arrived at the hotel from having a 2am start, to a single member of staff who knew nothing about the booking system. booking in took little over 20mins, to find room key machine was not working. further more other guests at the front desk were openly complaining about no running hot water! entered my room which can clearly describe as a cell cold dark and smelt of mold. Tv didn't work correctly and neither did the lighting. stay in premier inn a lot with work and all great but this i would not expect my dog to stay in. absolute dump if you can book elsewhere please take my advice and do so. never plan to return here again. Shocking place no phone signal on the powers floors so had to sit in my car in car park to make business calls. Terrible take my word for it.
