Great stay! Stayed here for a night for a business trip. Dinner, breakfast were quite tasty and the room quite comfortable. Staff at reception and the restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Liked the multi-setting lighting in room.

Excellent stay. Totally modern accommodation featuring intelligent corridor lighting, multi setting in-room lighting, in-room air con, and efficient standards of function and comfort. The frosted glass pod might not be to every guests liking, appreciating that not all guests will be very familiar with the person they’re sharing with on courses/functions etc. My recommendation to HI would be to use blackened opacity frosting rather than white, therefore removing the silhouette of the bathroom user. All round, a first class stay, certainly for the price paid.

Very disappointed with service and standards. Horrible bathroom... glass cubicle with no privacy. Heavily rusted towel rail. Flushes on toilet rarely cleared anything.  We arrived before 2 so couldn't check in. Went to bar for coffee, undrinkable. Used toilets in reception, 2 dirty and the 3rd no toilet paper. All looks very nice on approach but would not use again or recommend.

Good hotel in a convenient location, plenty of parking. Hotel has a different design which is nice, makes it a more unique place to say. Staff all seem friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights for our anniversary, planned on eating in the restaurant but it was closed every night with no reason behind it. We got room service 2 nights which was quick and tasty. Staff were nice. I'd say this hotel is more for business or stop over visits as opposed to a relaxing get away.
