Stayed Christmas eve and were so happy to help. Made it really easy for us. Would stay again. Only down side is the vehicle entrance. Way to much of a bump coming onto the main road. Other than that, faultless service

My wife and I stay here most years at least once and up to three times. Overall it is just what I would expect from a Premier Inn, that is clean, comfortable, efficient and very good value for money. As usual the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasted next door which erred more towards quantity than quality, but still quite nice for a change. We will return.

A Great stay......very Friendly and popular (rightly so) Premiere inn.... an ideal base....we were in Ross on Wye for a 60th Birthday party....but during the Days on Saturday and Sunday...we Enjoy Exploring....Fabulous Area....Stunning Scenery...😊😊😊😠👌👌👌👌👌👌

Comfy beds and helpful staff. Was very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room however. When the hearing was on it soon became uncomfortably warm so we were greatful for the two fans which were already in the room. Quite surprising as we were visiting in December.

Great friendly and helpful staff. There is conveniently a beefeater next door which always produces food to a decent standard, plus you can book a table when you check into the hotel
