Super happy with the service we received for our two nights stay here with three kids!nLovely staff, clean rooms and great facilities.nI had my own iron but it stopped working and we asked at the front desk and was generously provided with an iron and ironing board to borrow.nThere is a little park area across the road which was fab so the children could have a run around.nwas really happy with everything. Thank you so much for looking after us!
Very warm welcome from the front desk. Four stars because the room I was in was one of the older ones. Comfy but not as nice as some other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. Other than that really convenient location and food right next door.
I stay here regularly to visit family, iv had issues with noise so when I book now I ring up and ask to be put in a quite area. Iv also found recently that prices have been ridiculous I literally use the room to sleep nothing else alsoHilton in Rochdale have been much cheaper recently and includes free breakfast
Stayed overnight. Met by the lovely Bev who was friendly, warming and very professional. The best reception at a hotel we have had. Room clean, warm and just as described. On return from a night out Bev was there seven hours later and still as lovely making us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and Brian at the desk was equally friendly. Close to the motorway and a £7.60 taxi fare into central Rochdale.nA really great stay and hugely recommended.
Don't waste your Money.nnI checked myself in here for my birthday, to kick start my hiking journey. The location is great, lots of easy hiking places nearby and lots of takeaways about.nnThe room... As soon as I walked in all I could smell was damp. The window was already open, which I'm guessing was to mask the smell. It was damp and musty. The heating didn't work. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work. They request you close the door when you shower, but because the fan doesn't work everything in the bathroom gets soaked with steam. I'm no expert but I'd guess that's why the room is damp.nI was on the ground floor so whenever someone walked above, the light fitting rattled, with a clinking sound. 5am wake up call for free!nI booked this going off the pictures online, wish I read the reviews first.nNo one is on the desk when checking out to speak to.nI would not recommend staying here
