This pin has been around for asking as I can remember. 
I worked there in my youth. 
Geoff and Linda are amazing and make this pub what it is. Unfortunately there moving on after being there forever which is a shame. I do hope whoever takes this on gives it the same love and atmosphere as it deserves.
Proper family pub always something on such as a quiz and music. Food is amazing ( I cannot stress this enough ) if your in the area this is the pub you should be visiting.

Always a warm welcome and a friendly face.  Our local now.  Food is excellent and great value for money. Even had our Christmas lunch here! Go!

Good staff and good steak 
Real chips . Will be going again . Think you should book at weekend.  Lots of tables reserved.  Staff got us a table 12  till 2.30 . Staff are very helpful  .

Nice environment. Very friendly staff  who also were attentive. Food was lovely and well presented. An overall happy experience.

Fabulous place & fabulous food. The drinks can be a little pricey but the food is top notch. Would certainly recommend the hunters chicken
