Nice rooms, quiet and comfortable but staff lacking sense of good service. One of two reasons for not so good review is the cotton swab that greeted me on the bathroom floor upon checkin and then managed to stay untouched throughout several days of cleaning. Another annoying thing is the suit coat I forgot to bring and asked to be kept for two days until returning. When returning they had squeezed in it in a lost and found box and not kept it on a hanger. It was all wrinkled and must be handed in to a dry cleaner to get straightened. I don't even see how anyone can think that to be a good idea?

Stayed at next door Premier Inn and had a meal in the Brewers Fayre next door. Table for two, great choice fantastic service nothing too much trouble. Very busy Next evening called again only table for four this time and again great service from lovely waitresses. I enjoyed the sausage egg and chips the previous night so I ordered again, the sausages were the best I had tasted in ages. Not as busy as the previous night. Great place and I recommend this restaurant.

Rooms are nice. Restaurant and breakfast is not good. But there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood

Pleasant, as most Premier Inns are. Attentive service, nice décor. Snacks served were well presented.
