We had a fantastic stay! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect, right opposite the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sea and beautiful views at any time of the day.nnThe breakfast was lovely, with and a special mention goes to the breakfast staff, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive every morning. The lady on the Friday morning always greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely looked after.nnThe hotel cleaning staff are also very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room during our stay, despite obvious challenges related to beach sand.nnOverall, a wonderful hotel in an amazing location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
We had an absolutely lovely stay at Premier Inn Newquay Seafront, and couldn’t have asked for a better spot – the location is simply beautiful, with stunning views right along the seafront and everything in Newquay within easy reach.nThe service was excellent from start to finish. Every member of staff we met was friendly and welcoming, and one team member in particular went out of their way to help us with directions and recommendations for local places to visit – nothing was too much trouble.nOur room was on the compact side, but it was spotlessly clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – we slept really well! The breakfast each morning was fantastic too, with plenty of choice, fresh food, and hot dishes kept perfectly warm – a great way to start our days by the coast.nWe would absolutely stay here again, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Newquay. Brilliant value and a wonderful experience overall!
First stay in a very long time at Premier Inn. Hotel carpark is very expensive, other car parks nearby that are much cheaper. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Big soft towels. Free hot drink refills downstairs. Breakfast was ample. Really liked the person behind the hotplate, gives a better impression than their competition hotel. Nice bread for toast but thought the pancakes were a bit rubbery. Only apricot jam on offer. Restsurant well laid out. Nice views over the bay.
Fantastic service. A huge thanks to Danni and Rachel who were so welcoming and warm. Both so helpful especially with directions and advice. Rooms were clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Parking available either downstairs for £15 per day or a few streets away. Would definitely come back. A hello too, to the lovely Doreen. 92 year old guest who was a pleasure to talk to. Look forward to speaking with you again! Thank you to you all for making our holiday so special!nEden project was also fab!!
We are still staying here but it’s that good I want to write a view now, honestly after a horrible stressful start to our night away and feeling nothing but anger. Walking through them doors to be greeted by the lovely Danni was so nice. She’s done nothing but help and support, even managed to make us laugh. She’s the kindest member of staff I have come across in a hotel! The room is beautiful and also has amazing viewnnAgain thank you Danni! X
