I've been to Newquay many times and slept in various hotels, but this by far is the best. The location is perfect even by train, the station is 5 minutes away. The rooms are clean and beds so comfy. The service is excellent. The food is great, I recommend you book breakfast and dinner as you won't ever get disappointed. The staff are very friendly and wenlcoming and so helpful, make you feel happy, especially Izzy and Justine. The hotel has a big restaurant and garden setting area with music, quizzes etc. View is perfect beach view, and the beach is just a 3-minute walk down. Highly recommend .
Was late for tea as we had only just arrived, asked if they was still serving food, they said yes but quickly grab a table. They served us anyway. Staff nice and friendly. Food was ok. Nothing special but we managed to eat so not bothered. It was edible. And the view was spectacular
Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. The room was clean with a very nice comfy bed. We were overlooked the road as the website said, but very little road noise. We had breakfast in the hotel before checking out and it was lovely. Cooked to order. Decent quality and was hot. The restaurant overlooks the sea! All the staff we had an interaction with were lovely. We would definitely stay again!!
Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here.nnThe room itself was clean, but it definitely showed its age. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was adequate, with a hot high pressure shower and quality bath towels.nnHousekeeping each day made the room up like new and even surprised us with an Easter Egg!!!nnThe breakfast was excellent, with hot food all made to order. The restaurant overlooked the beach and we got a seaview table each day.nWe had diner in the restaurant one evening which we cannot fault.nnService was brilliant, especially the breakfast waitstaff. The service team are fantastic and made out stay enjoyable!nnLimited reserved parking spaces at hotel but reception were very helpful in advising alternative parking locations.nnThe hotel building needs some refreshing.nnAll in all a very enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend.
We loved our stay here. Great location and views. Breakfast was delicious. Most of all, we would like to acknowledge the staff. Friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is as good as can be. Really fun accommodation
