Room was fine. Shower was great and the breakfast really tasty with loads of choice. Biggest plus is the staff, what a great bunch, really friendly and helpful from reception to leaving. Big thanks to Nat who was serving us in the restaurant, spent time to talk to us and get us anything we wanted. The chef was great and made us eggs to order, the chef need a a shout out. If I'm in the area I would definitely go back. Bargain!
Room was great as always with a Premier Inn and the location worked perfectly as we were attending a show in old trafford.nI wanted to leave a review specifically for Natalie who was working the breakfast shift because she was so lovely to every single person that came in and it was just the kind of person you want working in hospitality. She deserves to be recognized for her great service and overall joyful attitude. Really happy with our experience here!

From arrival the staff were very welcoming and friendly, at breakfast this morning, they found out it is our wedding anniversary. Straight away a member went out to get us a card and bottle. This was most unexpected and a truly wonderful gesture. I stayed at this hotel as I had a wedding to attend nearby. I booked it for two nights after the first night I ended up with spots across my stomach and back within a week and my body was fully covered. I was diagnosed with mrsa due to unclean sheets as I was disclosed by doctors. They’ve had cases like this before the pain of those spots were absolutely excruciating and I know there’s nothing I can do about it but it was a horrendous experience I should of known when I lifted the sheet and loads of dust came off it.
