I had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn. From the moment I arrived, Chanelle made me feel incredibly welcome. She was polite, friendly, and went out of her way to be helpful, which really made a difference to my experience.nnThe hotel itself was very clean and had a warm, friendly atmosphere throughout. It’s clear the whole team takes pride in their work.nnA big thank you to Chanelle and the rest of the staff for such great service — she is a real credit to the team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
Absolutely amazing staff! They were all just brilliant! We'll definitely be back and we'll definitely be recommending the hotel. Nothing was a problem even when we arrived back from a night out after 12 o'clock. Great breakfast as well! Everything was fresh and hot!
My family of 5 stayed there Friday to Saturday this week. The staff are amazing and so friendly I have 3 ASD children and the staff were lovely with them all. As we were checking in the lady gave each of them some cookies.nThe beds are so comfy and I'd paid for breakfast which can I say fantastic such choice which is perfect for my children as they can be hard to cater for. As we were about to leave the restaurant one of the male staff came over and gave my younger 2 a Terry's chocolate orange each. I would definitely stay there again and can't rate it highly.
I have stayed at Premier Inn Prestwich for the last 6 days, and I must say I have been well looked after throughout my stay.nnFrom Caylum greeting me and helping me get settled in, to Aimee and Nat who always looked after me and were always there if I needed any assistance during my stay.nnTo Christine who always cooked me the amazing breakfast I enjoyed every morning.nnTo everyone else not mentioned, Thank you for making my stay an enjoyable one.
Excellent stay as always, beds were comfortable and hotel was very clean. Wanted to also give credit to Nat specifically, who helped me with my room card key after I left it in the room by accident. Will definitely come back in future!
