Travelling for business, always stay at Premier Inns so I generally know what to expect. Comfortable beds, good shower, and fan in the room during hot evenings.nnThe main reason I decided to write a post for this one was due to the staff who were absolutely just what I needed to pick me up in the morning. Very polite, bubbly and fun. Many thanks to the beautiful Aimee on the front desk, the equally beautiful and bubbly Natalie & Chris in the Kitchen.nnSpecial recognition to Chris for not burning anything at 5am and setting the fire alarm off like I get at most other locations.nnKeep up the great works ladies ;
Hotel was lovely. Quite annoyed that they wouldn't allow me to charge to my bill or eat a breakfast then pay for it. Same with a coffee. Staff looked at everyone as if we were about to Rob them of a breakfast. However that said the breakfast buffet was hot and lovely.
The rooms at the Premiere inn were up to their usual standard and a good nights sleep can be had as the rooms seem quiet with little external noise as long as the windows are closed.nnIt’s very well located for local amenities and venues as it is just a few minutes off the m62nnThe breakfasts are good and Natalie was always a lovely smiling face ready to provide great servicennThe dinner menu is quite restrictive as the restaurant is inside the premiere inn and not an attached restaurant as is often the catch - 3 starters and 5 mains plus 2 pizza
I use this Premier Inn whenever I am in Manchester and the staff always go above and beyond.nnThere was a difficult with check in, not caused by the hotel, but they assisted without any complaint to resolve the issue caused by my company when booking.nnOrdered my evening dinner and it was brought to my room, piping hot thank you Natalie.nnBreakfast was good and Natalie, as the previous evening, was cheerful, happy and helpful.nnIt makes a difference when staying away from home if the staff are as they are in this hotel.nnCannot fault them at all - First class !!
No air con in any of the rooms, the fan provided only had one speed so very noisy at night. The meal deal appears good value however, very limited choice - no option to order any vegetables or salad anywhere in the menu.nnStarters included - tortilla chips, fries or chicken nuggets!nnThe location of the hotel is good as close to the M6 - it made for a quick departure, which was the highlight of my stay.
