Pretty good food. But my particular issue is the paper they put at the bottom of the containers for delivery. The paper gets soggy, and kinda sticks to the food. This is honestly annoying, and wish they'd use something else for it!

Just bought a chicken fillet burger and it was extremely bad. Dry is a understatement and the batter fell off into a pile of waste. Worst fried burger ive ever had.

Horrible food, I rang to explain my order was wrong only to be hurled abuse down the phone by the manager. And sent a replacement meal only to have a cheese slice inside a plastic bag melted and a burger on its own and no bread or salad? Waited over 2 hours. I'm so upset, they shouted and wouldn't even refund me my money.
