I've stayed at many Premier Inns in Scotland and England. However, although not the newest or fanciest Premier Inn, The Macclesfield Premier Inn has the friendliest staff. They were extremely pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I couldn't pick one individual as they were all equally impressive. So much so we have booked again for next year and recommend to family. Therefore there are not one but 3 rooms booked for the same overnight. Well done

Nice room, newly refurbished I think. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had a really big shower in it. Reception staff very friendly, would definitely stay again.

rooms clean and staff very helpful and friendly. the breakfast was no good though. this was in the adjoining pub (fayre and square chain) whom premier inn must have a contract with. it was refunded immediately with no qualms whatsoever by the premier inn staff. cannot say fairer than that!

Service was excellent, would have been nice to know in advance that there was no breakfast served xmas/boxing day but that wasn't the end of the world
