We had a really enjoyable stay at Premier Inn. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The staff were outstanding – extremely friendly, approachable, and always happy to help with anything we needed, which made a big difference to our experience. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options that were fresh and tasty, setting us up perfectly for the day.nnWhat really stood out was the extra little touches – for example, they even gave us a glass of milk from the kitchen so we could enjoy it with our coffee in the room. It’s that kind of thoughtful service that makes you feel truly looked after. Overall, everything felt well organised and welcoming, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
The welcome at this hotel by the manager was excellent. I felt safe as a line female guest. The room was clean and comfortable with a good shower. The location is great. Near the tube and cafes restaurants and shops in the very lovely Queens Rd. Only downside is they ran out of the fresh fruit salad at breakfast and could not replenish it, so I was disappointed! The cook breakfast however looked very good and there were a few gf options.nI recommend this hotel and it's friendly staff and would love to stay again.
Couldn't fault this premier inn, room was lovely and clean, bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. On site breakfast was great with excellent choice.nAll staff who we saw were very friendly and helpful.nWill definerly stay again when having a trip to London.nThe location was lovely aswell, very clean and sage feel.
We stayed here for the first time recently while visiting family in London. It's in an excellent location with a carvery restaurant/pub next door. A short walk to the railway station and a quick train ride into Central London.nThe hotel itself is really clean and quiet with free car parking bonus!nVery friendly staff too.nThis is our go-to place from now on as we're in London quite often.nExcellent!
This is my second visit here. My first visit was perfect, no issues with staff attentive and helpful.nThis visit the staff were still attentive and helpful, however the rooms were not as expected. The cleanliness wasn't great and so I was moved to another room quickly and easily. Unfortunately there was a sheet that didn't fit the bed and couldn't be tucked in I was an accessible room even though I didn't need it, so the bed was larger. There was a stain on the sheet which I think shouldn't have been used. I used the other side of the bed rather than be moved again as I'd only noticed when I got into bed!nnThe staff and breakfast on site were great it's a small and friendly place to stopover if ever needed.nnI'd recommended this premier inn even though my room experience wasn't great, the staff were brilliant. It's perfectly situated for a business trip I needed to take, and very quiet too
