The wait time was a little long, the cleaners did their job but took quite a while. The food was a little on the dry side and the Big Mac was stacked awkwardly. It’s not very impressive and the cost is not worth it either.
The restaurant was a bit hot, but don't worry their food was up to standard! You get what you paid for! The burger bun was soft and the beef patty was juicy! Food: 5/5
Does not even deserve one star. We ordered through the Just Eat app - Both my partner and I ate and drank the same thing and both of us have been violently ill - both ends - just hours after. Thank goodness the toddler refused to eat the meal we ordered! Will not be eating here again. After reading these reviews someone from health and safety really needs to visit them. Absolutely shocking.
I order my cheat meal every Saturday and it's never right. Last weekend the chicken nuggets had been over fried which meant they were dry husks without flavour. Sauces are always missing and I mean every single sauce nicely printed on the receipt on a weekly basis. The place lacks any kind of quality control. You know things are bad when UberEats contacts you because you've made too many refund claims for missing items. A treat meal becomes an annoying 20 minutes back and forth for refunds and complaints.
I have never seen a more disorganised and dirty place in all my life. Screens are always out of service, staff shouting number at clients who probably left the place after waiting 30 min with no clue about their orders. Staff shouting from the kitchen. Fast food it's only a myth in this branch, you know when you enter and don't know when you leave. I ordered 2 simple 0.99p hamburgers. Those things should be ready to fly off the counter and yet it's 30 min and I'm still waiting. Don't believe I will be returning. I'm not loving it at all, shameful!
This was one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. We had to wait over 20 minutes for 2 coffees and the manager ? was rude to my partner when he asked how much longer they would be; the coffees were not hot when they arrived but, as we had a bus to catch, we couldn't ask for replacements; the toilets were in a disgusting state; it was impossible to dispose of our rubbish as the bins were overflowing. I'm normally a fan of McDonald's but this has made me think twice about going there.
Combination of Uber/deliveroo and the touch screen ordering have made McDonald's slow, frustrating and disappointing. Takes ages to get your food, you have to stand with a load of shouty kids to get it all while watching the thousands of Uber & deliveroo orders get prioritised ahead of your order. Overheard the security guard with big glasses make some really inappropriate comments to some young girls too.
Not the greatest resturant partners on Uber Eats. They have a known record for keeping delivery drivers waiting, treating orders as low priority and taking forever to furfil a simple meal order. Cannot say I am impressed. They should not be on Uber Eats app if they cannot deliver orders. This is not the first time I had to wait more than one hour, and had to call UberEats support to cancel. Hence my one star review.
It's Macdonald, they are always good .
I saw the manger exploiting and getting vulnerable people and make them clean the establishment for exchange for a hot drink. I saw many of them using the cleaning and sweeping to get a hot drink. This is unbelievable, disgusting the manger response was I didn’t tell them to do it. What would the gain helping clean a billion dollar corporation nothing. So the manger is clearly exploiting these individuals for his gain. This is outrageous, about to spend money in this establishment but I can’t if they take advantage of people.
