Check in queue was horrendous, no exaggeration queued down corridor past some rooms. Only one person checking people in manually and both self check ins kept going out of order. No towels in the room but were given some when asked. Room very clean and comfortable, only usb socket in the room wasn't working. Only shower was over the bath. Location was very good for what we needed. Breakfast was good. On 5 floors and there are 2 lifts but usually only one working at a time.
Rooms - Rundown, in need of the upgrade the others have hadnnService - 5* to the solo lady running the entire hotel. Put someone else on!nnLocation - great proximity to CentralnnComplaint: Your Parking screw you directing guests to your own site to pay for your shoddy admin fee for parking. Furthermore there are two parking spots so tiny and bricked that you can't get in 'm. Get rid of m please nnUnfortunately would not stay again.
Disappointed with this premier inn normally they are so clean and tidy. This one had paint peeling in the bathroom walls and skirting boards. Marks all over the main carpet and only 2 plug sockets which for a family was tricky charging devices. We used Colindale tube as this is a 15 minute walk and the nearest tube which then takes roughly an hour to get into the main parts of London, it does pass through a park which the children enjoyed. Breakfast was OK some items missing and only one machine for hot drinks. Children were disappointed there was no hot chocolate in them either. I asked for decaf as the little wooden box was empty, the staff got a box from underneath and told me to help myself, but then didn't fill the wooden box up. Felt like everything was slightly lacking and not up to a priemer inn standard.
Friendly staff and decent enough room for the price. Was very confused by the card needing to be in a slot for the electrics to work and wish this was explained at the check in desk. Right near a bus stop to go towards wembley and a short distance walk from the northern line.
First impressions terrible, car park with 3 broken down cars, 1 lift not working, receptionist on check-in sped through her check lines. Not enough staff on, ice machine not working on hottest weekend this year so far. Bathroom cleanliness was horrendous, limescale heaven. During breakfast, staff not helping each other out, manager or receptionist always in office, team unable to top things up in buffet. Just not a great start. Oh and only 1 set of towels for a room booked for 2 people???....
