For the price this hotel was not bad - ** plan to be an hour bus + tube ride away from the city, though**. The breakfast was OK - great coffee thankfully. I would suggest having yogurt too for the granolas!nnThe rooms were clean but very humid. My friend and I woke up sweating every night - probably the sheets? Otherwise it was quiet and we slept fine.
Whether self driving or using public means, this place is located literally a stone-throw distance from the main road, and connected by a good road network.nnAmbient environment, cossy rooms, and efficient service delivery from staff. Special acknowledgement to Krupaben; one of the staff members for her efficiency, professionalism, kindness and promptness of service delivery.nMeals were top of the range!nnTwas worth the spend.nnThank you for your hospitality, and please do keep it up.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Shunza at reception was absolutely wonderful – she was kind, friendly, and had such a warm aura that made me feel welcome right away. Her excellent service really stood out.nnHowever, the hotel room itself could use some renovation. The door handle on our toilet was loose with screws hanging from if and nearly coming off, and we noticed peeling paint in both the room and bathroom. The small desk lamp also wasn’t working, which was a bit inconvenient. While the staff was fantastic, a few upgrades to the room would make a big difference.
I had a fantastic time. Very clean and classy restaurant, family friendly .nThe rooms are very spacious and beautiful with a nice bathtub . Staff are warm and welcoming. I enjoyed my birthday holiday in such a cosy setting and thanks to staff Krupaben for preparing a nice cake for me , she was kind and always ready to help.
Unfortunately a bit too far from where I needed to be, but the room was well sized and very clean. Communication and liaison between staff and guest were much to be desired, with requests to tidy the room or change towels ignored...however the female manager was excellent and could not do enough to help and make things easier. She deserves a raise for her patience and kindness!
